Human resources management in the children's social welfare institution darul ilmi, Depok city

چکیده

In every organization, including human service organizations, the role of resources becomes very important, because running organization is largely determined by existence as a driver in resource management and organizational activities that are realized to achieve goals. This study aims examine setting child social welfare institution which part organization. uses descriptive qualitative approach. Data were obtained from primary secondary data, while data collection techniques carried out through observation, in-depth interviews documentation studies. analysis was stages presentation, reduction, drawing conclusions. The research location at Darul Ilmi Child Welfare Institution, Depok City, West Java Province. results indicate important addition other institutions they involve planning awarding staff or employees who used unit so realization an effective efficient can be achieved.
